Easy 30 Minute Chili

This chili is not only quick and easy, but savory and sweet! Packed with tasty ingredients and a little bit of brown sugar to give it that perfectly sweet taste!

  • 1 lb ground beef lean if possible
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 30 oz tomato sauce
  • 15 oz baked beans
  • 15 oz ranchero beans
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper more or less to taste
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar


  1. 1. Brown your ground beef, onion, and minced garlic cloves in your pot (or in a skillet if you are cooking in the crock-pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

    2. Add all of your other ingredients to the pot and stir well.

    3. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

    4. Serve topped with sour cream and cheese or any of your favorite chili toppings!

    *If you're cooking in the crock-pot you will cook on low for 4-6 hours.
